"WESTLEIGH 2" Is Officially in Production!

We’re back!

After a lot of late nights, rewrites, and logistical hurdles, I’m beyond excited to officially announce that the sequel to WESTLEIGH is now in production!

This project has been a real rollercoaster. We went through five different versions of the script, yes, FIVE! This was due to shifting schedules and actor availabilities. But every change helped shape what has now become the final version, and honestly, it feels right. It’s wildly different from the first in all the best ways, while still keeping that chaotic, weirdly heartfelt vibe that made WESTLEIGH what it was.

This was us on our first day of filming, and it went smoother than I ever could’ve imagined. The energy on set was amazing! Everyone really clicked, and we found our rhythm quickly. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking trying to recapture a certain tone or style, especially in a comedy, but it genuinely felt like we were right back in that world (with a few new twists, of course).

Huge thank you to everyone who's been part of this film so far, from the cast and crew to the friends who read drafts at midnight. We’ve still got a ways to go, but if day one was any indication, this is going to be something special.
